In this four-week mindfulness meditation course, starting weekly on Wed 9 September. Sessions are 1 hour per week and you will learn;

- The benefits of meditation, such as stress reduction, increased focus and concentration
- The many different types of meditation to find the one that works best for you
- How to build meditation into your day
- How to start a meditation journal, working with weekly journal prompts and handouts to help evaluate your progress
