New horizons meditation morning – Sat 20th Sept
During the autumn new horizons meditation morning from 9:30 am to 1:30pm, we will examine how the thread of the seasons also represents the path of our lives. Using this thread and the environment around us, we’ll explore different meditations, such as visualisation, contemplation, mantra, gratitude, and a mindful walk in nature. In this mindfulness meditation morning we will think about our life and how we should tend to it as we would tend to plants in our garden, using consideration, patience, and nurturing. Towards the end of our session as an incentive to keep up your meditation practice we’ll look at journal prompts and how to build meditation into your day. Plus you’ll receive a Somerset Meditation gift bag and a ‘Tips and Techniques’ crib sheet.

The mindful path – one to one tailored meditation course
Treat yourself to a one-to-one individually tailored meditation course in person or online. These sessions can be designed specifically to help with a wide range of issues from reducing stress, managing menopause, increasing self confidence and positivity. Cost includes a FREE 40 min discovery session Sessions are 1 hr weekly either online or in-person, suggested length of course is 4 weeks. Each session includes weekly journal prompts to help evaluate progress, tips on how to start your meditation practice.
