During the autumn new horizons meditation morning from 9:30 am to 1:30pm, we will examine how the thread of the seasons also represents the path of our lives. Using this thread and the environment around us, we’ll explore different meditations, such as visualisation, contemplation, mantra, gratitude, and a mindful walk in nature.
In this mindfulness meditation morning we will think about our life and how we should tend to it as we would tend to plants in our garden, using consideration, patience, and nurturing. Towards the end of our session as an incentive to keep up your meditation practice we’ll look at journal prompts and how to build meditation into your day. Plus you’ll receive a Somerset Meditation gift bag and a ‘Tips and Techniques’ crib sheet.
