Seasonal meditation retreat day
During the seasonal meditation retreat day, next dates for 2025 to be released soon, from 10am to 3pm, we will examine how the thread of the seasons also represents the path of our lives. Using this thread and the environment around us, we’ll explore different meditations, such as visualisation, contemplation, mantra, gratitude, and a mindful walk in nature. In mindfulness meditation retreat day we will think about our life and tending to it as we would tend to plants in our garden, using consideration, patience, and nurturing. We will have short breaks mid-morning and mid-afternoon and a longer break for lunch. As an incentive to keep up your meditation practice we’ll look at journal prompts and how to build meditation into your day. Plus you’ll receive a Somerset Meditation ‘Tips and Techniques’ crib sheet.
